As marketers, fundraisers and digital staff, we see an overwhelming amount of research and trend reports, but most of it is from overseas.

So where is the Australian context? We created this survey to support growth needs in a local context and share challenges and realistic growth opportunities in Australia.

The Australian digital experience survey is built to reflect that reality by bringing together insight from senior marketing, fundraising and digital leaders across Australia’s NFP and education sectors.

This is an Australian report, informed by Australian professionals, for organisations operating in this market.

This survey is intended for decision-makers and strategic leaders responsible for digital performance, fundraising outcomes, donor engagement, or marketing investment.

If you influence strategy, budget allocation, digital direction or revenue performance, your insight is highly relevant.
