Why this research matters.
As marketers, digital and fundraising staff, we see an overwhelming amount of research and trend reports, but most of it is from overseas.
So where is the Australian context? We created this survey to support growth needs in a local context and share challenges and realistic growth opportunities in Australia.
The Australian digital experience survey is built to reflect that reality by bringing together insight from senior marketing, fundraising and digital leaders across Australian commercial, education, for-purpose and not-for-profit organisations.
This is an Australian report, informed by Australian professionals, for organisations operating in this market.
All entries are treated anonymously. If you provide your contact details for the report your survey data will not be linked to you.

This survey is intended for decision-makers and strategic leaders responsible for digital performance, fundraising outcomes, donor engagement or marketing investment.
If you influence strategy, budget allocation, digital direction or revenue performance, your insight is highly relevant.

Terms and Conditions
The survey is being run by Wonder Works Digital Pty Ltd.
The survey opens 23/02/2026 and closes (updated) 31/07/2026.
Donations will be calculated based on survey responses, and Wonder Works Digital will make donations direct to the charities by 30/09/2026 (updated). Wonder Works will donate $5 per respondent, to the total of the number of responses with choice for each charity.
Respondents that complete at least 50% of the survey will be counted toward a donation, if they have chosen 1 of the 3 charities for Wonder Works Digital to donate to, up to a total donation value of $2,500 total across charities combined (WWD have the right to increase the donation value if we choose to).
Wonder Works Digital reserves the right to change these dates (for example if we want to keep the survey open for longer, to get more responses). If this happens, these terms and conditions will be updated and clearly marked with 'Updated' and the date in DD/MM/YYYY format indicating the date of change.
